What happens when a mediocre plot tries to be too smart for itself, well you get a film like Sabotage! This violent gore filled film is more of a suspense crime drama than an action thriller (the main focus of the trailers). With almost nothing new to offer David Ayer makes sure the final act of the film is engaging enough (after a really boring 1st half) to at least bring a smile on the fans of the genre. Among the supporting cast is Mireille Enos who stands out & steals very frame she is in, by doing clearly things I have never seen her do before & guess what Arnold Schwarzenegger can act!!who would have thought that! With his old broody personality as Breacher he manages to keep the film from falling apart. Overall this film is no where close to hype & can be easily skipped to be seen on DVD.
