Netflix’s ‘Narcos’ Season 2 Trailer Is to Be Respected!! Check It Out!!

“Come at the king, you best not miss.” Omar’s words of caution from the excellent law enforcement-slanted series The Wire would have been a welcome warning to the DEA agents of Netflix’s Narcos. The first season saw agent Steve Murphy (Boyd Holbrook) and his team tasked with taking down Colombian drug lord and cartel leader Pablo Escobar (Wagner Moura), but as the new trailer for Season 2 reminds us, the plan did not go according to their wishes.

The new trailer for the Netflix series ratchets up the action as the DEA agents team up with a group who’s ready to take Escobar down permanently. But as the drug lord feels himself threatened and backed into a corner, he becomes more dangerous than ever. All 10 episodes of Narcos, also starring Pedro PascalJoanna Christie, and Diego Cataño, will launch Friday, September 2, exclusively on Netflix. Folks can catch up with the Golden Globe-nominated first season of Narcos, which is available for members to stream instantly on Netflix in Ultra HD 4K.

Watch the Season 2 trailer for Narcos below, followed by the series’ synopsis:

Narcos chronicles the gripping real-life stories of the infamous drug kingpins of the late 1980s and the corroborative efforts of law enforcement to meet them head on in brutal, bloody conflict. Its gritty storytelling details the many, often-conflicting forces – legal, political, police, military and civilian – that clash in the effort to control cocaine, one of the world’s most valuable commodities.
