We’ve got less than four months to go before Keanu Reeves returns as the title character in John Wick: Chapter 2. In that time, we expect to see much more in the way of marketing for the action-packed sequel to writer Derek Kolstad and director Chad Stahelski‘s thriller about the titular former hitman. But today, courtesy of Lionsgate, we have a look at the supporting cast set to assist or antagonize John Wick.
These new images feature Ruby Rose as the mute Ares, Laurence Fishburne as The Bowery King (who has a fondness for pigeons, it seems), and Riccardo Scarmarcio (Burnt) as Santino D’Antonio. We’ve seen these characters (briefly) in action in the recently released trailer, but these still images give a good sense of their style, something that’s in no short supply in John Wick: Chapter 2.
The film also stars John Leguizamo, Lance Reddick, Bridget Moynahan, Ian McShane, Common, and Peter Stormare. John Wick: Chapter 2 opens in theaters on February 10, 2017.
Here’s the official synopsis for John Wick: Chapter 2:

Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers. Lionsgate’s “John Wick: Chapter 2” arriving in theaters on February 10, 2017.
