Things Are Looking Pretty Bad for Vision in the Latest ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ TV Spot!!! Check It Out!!

Vision gonna die, y’all. He dead. Of course, Marvel has the much-hyped Avengers: Infinity War on ultra-lockdown (they’re not even doing junket screenings) for now, but it’s not a matter of spoilers, it’s pretty much a matter of certainty at this point. Thanos is coming to collect, and Vision’s got one of those fancy Infinity Stones in his head. He gonna die — or at least, Marvel definitely wants us to think he will.

With only weeks to go before the film hits theaters, Marvel has released a new TV spot for Infinity War, and Vision (Paul Bettany) looks to be in a bit of a bind as he tells Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen), “We’re out of time.” Of course, we all know how trailers are cut to look as dramatic as possible, so he could be saying “We’re out of time because the paprikash is ready, my love.” But he’s not. He’s saying “We’re out of time” because Thanos is gonna rip that Infinity Stone right out of his face. Probably. Again, Marvel definitely want’s to think that’s what’s going to happen (most likely because it obviously is), just look at the last TV spot, which cut to a shot of Wanda and Vision right when Gamora (Zoe Saldana) tells us everything we know and love “will all be gone.” Vision probably won’t be the only loss in the movie, and most likely not even the most heartbreaking one, but me and the three other members of the Vision fan club are going to be really sad about this.

Scripted by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeelyAvengers: Infinity War also stars half of Hollywood: Josh BrolinRobert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Don Cheadle, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Rudd, and Tom Hiddleston. The upcoming epic debuts on April 27th.
