If going to sign on to a cinematic universe where you could be working with the same people for an extended period of time, you better enjoy their company, and they better enjoy yours. Marvel has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for Avengers: Infinity War where cast members joke around and say how much they like working with each other, especially people who aren’t part of their little corner of the MCU like Robert Downey Jr. lauding Benedict Cumberbatch or Danai Gurira praising Elizabeth Olsen. It’s a nice little video, especially the new bits of footage that show the various combinations of superheroes.
Check out the Avengers: Infinity War video below. Scripted by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, and directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Infinity War stars Josh Brolin, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Chadwick Boseman, Jeremy Renner (?), Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Don Cheadle, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Rudd, and Tom Hiddleston. Look for it in theaters on April 27th.
Here’s the official synopsis for Avengers: Infinity War:
As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
