Kajol Returns To The Big Screen With ‘Helicopter Eela’!! Check Out The First Look!!!

Not too long ago, we had reported that Kajol has taken off to England to join her husband Ajay Devgn for a vacation. But before their family holiday, the duo is expecting to wrap up some work related to their forthcoming film, to be directed by Pradeep Sarkar. We are talking about the film which was tentatively titled Eela. The actor-producer Devgn has unveiled its final title which will be Helicopter Eela.

It is a known fact that Ajay Devgn will not be playing the male lead in the film. He is actually producing this comedy which features his actress-wife Kajol as the protagonist. This will be her comeback venture after Dilwale and will feature her alongside National Award winner Riddhi Sen. While Kajol will essay the character of a single mother who is an aspirational singer, Riddhi will be her son. The first look poster of the film was unveiled on social media by Ajay Devgn and he posted:

Not surprisingly, the first look poster showcases the humor element from the film. However, interestingly, while the look of Riddhi is unveiled, the poster doesn’t feature Kajol. If earlier reports were to be believed, a press conference will be held in London regarding the film considering that the Ajay Devgn is shooting in the Queen’s city. While he is shooting for Luv Ranjan’s next production, actress Kajol has taken off to the city along with her son for Helicopter Eela.

For the uninitiated, Helicopter Eela is an adaptation of the renowned Gujarati play ‘Beta Kagdo’. It seems that the makers have been keen on finalizing the title for long and eventually decided to lock this one.

Helicopter Eela will feature music by Amit Trivedi along with Sirsha Ray as the director of photography. The film is slated to release on September 14.
