‘Titans’: Alleged Batman Costume Test Surfaces Online!! Check It Out!!

Although there were rumors a few months back that the producers were looking to cast a young Bruce Wayne for the upcoming Titans TV series, we’ve had nothing in the way of confirmation that Batman will be making an appearance in the DC Universe series.

In fact, just today we shared some comments from lead actor Brenton Thwaites, who stressed that “it’s a show that isn’t about Batman, and I think it’s important for people to know that and maybe not be disappointed that they’re not going to see Batman jumping from the ceiling and beating up a hundred guys.”

Now, while that may well be the case, it seems Batman could be making an appearance after all, with some alleged costume test images surfacing online via Twitter:

Whether these images are legit or not, we have no idea, but if they are then one would have to assume that the final product will look considerably different when we see it on screen.

From executive producers Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter, TITANS is an all-new live-action drama series that follows a group of young soon-to-be Super Heroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In this action-packed series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes, including Starfire, Raven and many others. TITANS is a dramatic, live-action adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book teams ever.

Titans sees Brenton Thwaites (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) leading the cast as Dick Grayson, alongside Teagan Croft (The Osiris Child) as Raven, Anna Diop (24: Legacy) as Starfire, Ryan Potter (Big Hero 6) as Beast Boy, Alan Ritchson (Smallville) as Hawk, Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights) as Dove and Lindsey Gort (Lucifer) as Detective Amy Rohrbach. It is set to air on the new DC streaming service on October 12th.
