Sanjay Leela Bhansali Rumored To Be Casting SRK And Salman Khan For His Next!!!

Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have been obliging each other by doing cameos in each other’s films for the last decade or so. Bhai danced his heart out in one of the songs in SRK’s Om Shanti Om in 2007, and last year, the King Khan delivered a sermon on how faith can move mountains in Bhai’s Tubelight. But as far as doing an entire film was concerned, it continued to feel like a distant dream. Well, that dream might be fulfilled soon, and that too by Sanjay Leela Bhansali! Yes, you read that right.

SLB is planning to bring the two Khans together for his next film and this could be historic. A source said, “Salman and Shah Rukh will be reuniting on screen for a two-hero film that will be directed by Bhansali. A family drama about friend-turned-foes, the film will be along the lines of the Dilip Kumar-Raj Kumar starrer Saudagar (1991) and will see them share equal footage. The superstars have always been keen on doing a movie together and Bhansali’s film seemed to be the perfect opportunity. They have agreed to it in principle, but Bhansali might take as long as nine months to complete the final draft. If everything goes according to plan, the project may roll mid-next year.”

The source also stated, “He hasn’t started casting yet. He will approach stars only after he finalizes his script.” And you all must be knowing by now that Salman has a cameo in SRK’s next release Zero as well. Now we sincerely hope this casting coup happens and happens quick!
