With Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Sony had their highest-grossing film at the domestic box office ever. That translates into a guaranteed sequel. Despite the fact that the film is about nine months away from opening, we still don’t have an official title for it nor any idea of what exactly the cast of characters are in store for this time around. But we do know that the cast will be back, with some new additions, and as of today we have the first look at them together again.
Actors Ser’Darius Blain, Alex Wolff, Madison Iseman, and Morgan Turner are set to return as the teen gamers while Dwayne Johnson, Karen Gillan, Jack Black and Kevin Hart are back as their in-game avatars. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle director Jake Kasdan is back behind the camera as well, while newcomers Awkwafina, Danny DeVito, and Danny Glover were reported as joining the party this time around. The new Jumanji adventure arrives in theaters December 13th.
