Patralekha makes her streaming debut with Badnaam Gali, a ZEE5 web original that has a unique concept. The trailer for the feature is out now and gives us a hint about the plot. Patralekha plays a heavily pregnant single mother, who somehow meets a rustic mechanic, played by Divyendu. As the scene progresses, the entire neighborhood is expecting an explanation behind the seemingly unplanned pregnancy.
The series looks interesting, with Patralekha and Divyendu both seemingly in top form. Patralekha has earlier given some amazing performances in films like Citylights and in the web series space, she gave an intense performance in the ALTBalaji web series, Bose: Dead/Alive.
The film premieres on ZEE5 on the 10th of May. Rajkummar Rao, who is in an alleged relationship with Patralekha, went on to tweet about the launch of the trailer and even wished the best of luck to both Divyendu and Patralekha.
