‘Wrong Turn: The Foundation’: First Poster Teases the Horror Reboot!! Check It Out!!

While it’s not quite as popular as other similarly themed horror franchises, the Wrong Turn series of films have remained consistently popular with their following of fans over the years. As such, a reboot of the property has been in development for awhile now. The movie has finally wrapped filming, and now we’re getting our first look at proper promotional material for the film which is newly titled Wrong Turn: The Foundation.

Specifically, we’ve been given a new official poster for the film which advertises the new title and notes that the movie is “coming soon.” You can see it down below. It’s an interesting poster for sure, one that teases a new look and aesthetic for the franchise which has so long depended on the same style with the majority of its installments. It’ll be interesting to see how this new film will try to change things up.

It’s worth noting that the film comes from director Mike P. Nelson, and that it was written by original Wrong Turn screenwriter Alan B. McElroy. Obviously there’s a lot of potential to work with here, so hopefully they came up with a concept that will not only work with long time fans but also entice new audiences into the franchise.
