‘Justice League: Snyder Cut’: New Trailer Teaser Glimpses at the The Dark Knight Returns Tank!! Check It Out!!

An exciting new clip for Zack Snyder’s Justice League has been released ahead of tomorrow’s full-length trailer, teasing superhero action, new gadgets and Darkseid’s forces.

The 18-second clip features brief flashes of Wonder Woman facing off against Steppenwolf, Cyborg flying into action and Batman, readying himself for combat with greater forces with a tank resembling the substantial vehicle that appeared in Frank Miller and Klaus Janson‘s The Dark Knight Returns.

The Dark Knight Returns is a four-issue miniseries, first published in 1986. Written by Frank Miller — who also provided artwork alongside Klaus Janson and colorist Lynn VarleyThe Dark Knight Returns followed a much older Batman, returning to a dystopian Gotham after giving up the mantle. The batmobile that appeared in the series resembled a tank, complete with continuous tracks and a bat-like head.

A full-length trailer for Zack Snyder’s Justice League is set to premiere on Feb. 14. Previously released clips have revealed that the upcoming director’s cut will feature new characters, such as Darkseid and Granny Goodness.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon. The film arrives on HBO Max March 18.
