However, the Anil Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer The Night Manager turned out to be game-changing. The four-episode series was released on February 17, and it has managed to garner positive reviews from the audience and the critics. It all happened when director Shekhar Kapur took to his verified Twitter handle and lauded Anil Kapoor’s performance in the Disney+ Hotstar series. He mentioned that Kapoor is among those actors, who “evolves with everything” he does while giving credit to OTT for allowing him to explore “what theatrical cinema never did.” His tweet read, “Amazing how the actor in @AnilKapoor evolves with everything he does and OTT allows him to explore what theatrical cinema never did. What’s next Anil? Hope it’s International?”

Responding to his kind words, the 66-year-old confirmed that he will be next seen alongside Jeremy Renner in his upcoming series titled Rennervations for Disney.
