‘Reacher’ Season 4: Alan Ritchson Provides New Update with BTS Images!! Check It Out!!

Alan Ritchson is officially back in action — or at least, prepping for it. The Reacher star dropped a fresh batch of behind-the-scenes photos to social media this week, offering fans a first look at the work underway for Reacher Season 4. And if his captions are any indication, this may be the most action-packed installment yet.

Back into stunts with Buster, Eric and team,” Ritchson wrote alongside a photo of him stretching it out in a training facility. “Season 4 is going to be the most intensely physical season yet. My body is ready.

That wasn’t all. In a series of six photos, the actor gave fans a glimpse of everything from costume fittings to surprise set visits, and even a special appearance from the man who started it all — Jack Reacher author Lee Child.

Photo 1:I owe my career to the people standing next to me. Legends… all of them. Stopped by the Neagleyset to see my dear friend @mariasten who is absolutely crushing it.”

Photo 2:Always a privilege to spend time on an @emjaybassett run set. Was great to meet my wildly talented peers.”

Photo 3:Reacher himself, Lee Child. I wish everyone had the good fortune of being best friends for life with this man like we are, because we are best friends and he is adopting me officially soon I think.”

Photo 4/5:Back into stunts with Buster, Eric and team. Season 4 is going to be the most intensely physical season yet. My body is ready.”

Photo 6:It’s hilarious to me how many racks we’ll go through to find the one or two outfits Reacher wears all season.”

What Can We Expect From ‘Reacher’ Season 4?

Amazon officially renewed Reacher for a fourth season back in October 2024, well ahead of Season 3’s premiere. While no exact release date has been confirmed, filming is expected to begin later this summer, following the wrap of the Neagley spin-off starring Maria Sten. Based on the cadence of previous seasons, Season 4 is likely to drop sometime in early 2027, but we would very much like it if it arrived sooner than that. As for what book will be adapted, Ritchson would like Die Trying to be adapted. That story features Reacher being kidnapped off a Chicago sidewalk and handcuffed to a woman claiming to be FBI.
