‘Nobody 2’ Gets a New 4DX Poster!! Check It Out!!

Bob Odenkirk will always be known for his roles in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, but a few years ago, he starred in an action thriller that took him to a new level of stardom. Odenkirk first turned up to crack skulls as Hutch Mansell in 2021’s Nobody, the John Wick-esque action thriller that grossed $57 million against a modest $16 million budget. Now, Hutch is back for a tropical vacation in Nobody 2, and Collider is thrilled to partner with Universal Pictures to exclusively unveil the Nobody 2 4DX poster ahead of the film’s August 15 release date. The new poster shows Hutch doing what he does best: bashing heads even in the most unexpected environments with the most unconventional tools — this time, it’s punching someone in the face while wearing a duck mask. Who else but Hutch?

Derek Kolstad, who penned the first three Keanu Reeves-led John Wick movies, wrote the script for Nobody, but he’s passed off his duties as a scribe to Odenkirk, Umair Aleem, and Aaron Rabin for the sequel. Timo Tjahjanto is also due to take over directorial duties from Ilya Naishuller. Tjahjanto has another major project on deck as well — he’s been tapped to helm The Beekeeper 2, the action sequel starring Jason Statham. Despite a new creative team, though, fans will still recognize some returning veterans for Nobody 2. Both Connie Nielsen and Christopher Lloyd will reprise their roles as Becca and David Mansell in Nobody 2. Odenkirk is fresh off his second guest appearance in The Bear, and all episodes of the first four seasons can be streamed on Hulu.

Nobody 2 is in great shape to follow in the footsteps of its predecessor with strong returns at the box office. The film is following a month of stacked blockbusters — Jurassic World Rebirth, Superman, and The Fantastic Four: First Steps, with a few weeks’ worth of breathing room. After a few weeks off from the theater, who won’t be ready to go back and watch Hutch crack skulls for two hours? The first Nobody also earned a “certified fresh” 84% from critics and a “verified hot” 94% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, strong scores that its predecessor hopes to follow.

Nobody 2 fights into theaters on August 15. Check out Collider’s exclusive 4DX poster from the film above.
