Margaret Qualley is set to reunite with another Honey Don’t! star for Ethan Coen and Tricia Cooke’s upcoming film Go Beavers!
Who is Margaret Qualley reuniting with in Go Beavers! cast?
According to a new report from World of Reel, both Qualley and Aubrey Plaza are in talks to star in the third entry in what Coen and Cooke have described as a lesbian B-movie trilogy. Qualley and Plaza both starred in 2025’s Honey Don’t!, and Qualley also starred in Coen’s 2024 film Drive-Away Dolls, which kickstarted the “trilogy.”
Currently, not a lot about Go Beavers! is known. All we know so far is that the film will shift genres from both of the original films, which leaned heavily on the crime genre. Go Beavers! instead will focus on a lesbian college rowing team that reunites after years of being away, only for the members of the team to begin mysteriously dying.
Coen has described the film as a “genre film” about women and nature, and will likely follow in the campy nature that both of his and Cooke’s other films have. It’s unclear who else will star in the movie as of now, but both Honey Don’t! and Drive-Away Dolls have gotten some big names to appear, with actors like Chris Evans, Charlie Day, and Kristen Connolly appearing in Honey Don’t!.
