‘One Piece’ Season 2 Sets March 2026 Release Date at Netflix!!

Three years after airing its first and epic Season 1, Netflix‘s One Piece has officially set a Season 2 release date. The live-action anime adaptation debuted on the streamer back in August 2023 to positive reviews from critics and fans alike, who not only praised the performances but also the show’s faithfulness to the source material. Given its impressive ratings, One Piece was renewed for Season 2 only two weeks after premiering, and filming began in June 2024. Over a year later, fans finally have a date to look forward to for the show’s return.

Per new reports, One Piece Season 2 is scheduled to premiere on March 10, 2026, and will, of course, see fan-favorites reprise their memorable roles. Iñaki Godoy will be back as Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. As teased by the season’s synopsis, the pirate show promises to “unleash fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet.” On top of that:

Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line—a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.”

In addition to the aforementioned stars, the cast of the action-adventure series also includes Vincent Regan, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Morgan Davies, Aidan Scott, Langley Kirkwood, Jeff Ward, Celeste Loots, Alexander Maniatis, McKinley Belcher III, Craig Fairbrass, Steven Ward, and Chioma Umeala. Meanwhile, ahead of Season 2, One Piece has already been renewed for a third season earlier in August, but with no release date set at this time.

Who Are The Masterminds Behind Netflix’s ‘One Piece’?

Netflix‘s One Piece is an adaptation of the acclaimed 1997 manga series by Eiichiro Oda, who serves as creative consultant for the show. The manga also inspired the long-running anime series from Toei Animation, which premiered in October 1999. Ian Stokes and Joe Tracz serve as co-showrunners and executive producers of the Netflix adaptation. Eiichiro Oda, Marty Adelstein, and Becky Clements; Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, Christoph Schrewe, and Steven Maeda also executive produce. It is produced by Kaji Productions and Shueisha, who also publish the manga.

One Piece Season 2 arrives on Netflix in 2026.
