‘Euphoria Season 3’ Trailer Sees Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney & Jacob Elordi Enter Adulthood!! Check It Out!!

Marketing is picking up for the most anticipated HBO project of 2026. The first official trailer for Euphoria has been released, showing off the return of massive stars like Sydney Sweeney, Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, and more. It’s also been confirmed that Euphoria Season 3 will premiere on April 11 with its first episode and release new episodes weekly. It will take over the coveted late-night Sunday HBO slot from A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, the Game of Thrones spin-off show debuting this weekend. Hunter Schafer and Maude Apatow will also return in the long-awaited third season of Euphoria. The trailer, which can be seen below, shows the first look at Cassie (Sweeney) as an OnlyFans model, and Rue (Zendaya) in even more trouble than the first two seasons.

The first season of Euphoria aired in 2019, nearly a full year before the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in America, and Season 2 followed about two and a half years later in January 2022. Now, four full years since an episode has been released, Euphoria will return in around two months. For years, it seemed unlikely that a third season of Euphoria would ever make it to the screen, but HBO confirmed near the end of 2024 that Season 3 was moving into production in 2025. Everything went according to plan, but the fate of the show beyond Season 3 has yet to be decided.

Part of what made getting another season of Euphoria to the screen such a challenge was its stars becoming some of the most sought-after names in Hollywood. In the years away from Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, and Zendaya have all blossomed into franchise-leading talent with movies like The Housemaid, Frankenstein, and The Odyssey. Hunter Schafer will also star opposite Michelle Yeoh in Blade Runner 2099, a continuation of the sci-fi series launched by Ridley Scott over 40 years ago.

Who Created ‘Euphoria’?

Euphoria was written and created for television by Sam Levinson, and it’s still the most famous work of his career in the eyes of most. He did recently write the teleplay for The Idol, the controversial HBO Max series starring The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp. The show was canceled after one season, receiving extremely divisive reviews. Four years ago, Levinson also wrote the script for Deep Water, the erotic thriller starring Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas. The film was poorly received by both critics and audiences, but it grossed almost $50 million at the box office. It’s currently streaming on Hulu.
