‘For All Mankind’ Season 5 Teaser Teases a Time Jump!! Check It Out!!

Two years after its Season 4 finale, Apple TV’s most underrated sci-fi series is finally coming back. Apple TV has released the first official For All Mankind teaser and also confirmed that the highly anticipated fifth season will premiere on March 27. Apple TV will air one new episode of For All Mankind each week until the Season 5 finale on May 29. The series comes from creators Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert, and Ben Nedivi. Ronald D. Moore is also working on the long-awaited God of War series in the works at Prime Video starring Ryan Hurst as Kratos.

For All Mankind Season 5 picks up in the years since the Goldilocks asteroid heist. Happy Valley has grown into a thriving colony with thousands of residents, and it also serves as a base for new missions that will venture deeper out into the solar system. However, with other nations of Earth now demanding law and order on the Red Planet, friction continues to build between the people who live on Mars and their former home. Joel Kinnaman returns to star in For All Mankind Season 5, along with Toby Kebbell, Edi Gathegi, Cynthy Wu, Coral Peña, Wrenn Schmidt, and more.

For All Mankind was Apple TV’s first sci-fi series, but the platform has now become home to some of the best sci-fi shows of all time. Just a few months ago, Apple TV premiered the first season of Pluribus, the new sci-fi show from Vince Gilligan. The series earned a 98% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes and a Season 2 renewal. Apple TV has also released other sci-fi shows like Severance, Foundation, and Invasion.

What’s the Most Popular Show on Apple TV Right Now?

The most popular series on Apple TV right now is Hijack, the thriller show starring Idris Elba. The second season of Hijack has not earned the same critical acclaim as Season 1, so only time will tell if it has the same legs to dominate streaming charts as its predecessor did. Hijack Season 2 took the top spot on Apple TV streaming charts from Tehran, the new spy thriller show that beat out the aforementioned Pluribus. Other Apple TV classics like Ted Lasso and Slow Horses have also crawled back into the Apple TV top 10.
