‘Good Omens’ Season 3 Confirms May Return!!

After three long years, A.Z. Fell and Co. is opening its doors again. Good Omens is returning for its third and final season, which will consist of a single, feature-length episode starring David Tennant and Michael Sheen as an unlikely demon-angel pairing. It is set to premiere on May 13, 2026.

The announcement was made by the show’s official Twitter account with a short video of a figure turning the sign in the bookshop that houses much of the action on the series from “closed” to “open.” The series has had an unusual lifespan. It was originally a miniseries based on the 1990 comedic fantasy novel of the same name by Neil Gaiman and the late Terry Pratchett. However, its first season was such a success that it was renewed for a second season, penned by Gaiman and John Finnemore. With the second season ending on a cliffhanger, it was renewed again for a third season, but production was delayed after several allegations of sexual misconduct by Gaiman. Ultimately, Gaiman left the production, and the series order was reduced to a single feature-length episode to wrap the story up.

Good Omens will premiere its third and final season on Prime Video on May 13, 2026.
