Synopsis – The story centers on a Muslim family migrating from Lucknow to Lahore during the Partition. They are officially allocated a haveli (mansion) that was vacated by a departing Hindu family. However, the situation takes a dramatic turn when they discover that an elderly Hindu woman belonging to the former residents—is still living in the house and refuses to leave.
