For over 500 days, Apple TV‘s genius sci-fi hit Silo has held a place in the streamer’s top ten in the U.S. This feat was propelled by the recent arrival of the third season, which began on July 3, and is already earning rave reviews. “Three seasons in, Silo somehow still finds new ways to surprise,” wrote Tania Hussain in her Season 3 review for Collider, with Emmy Award-winner Graham Yost‘s sci-fi gem boasting an average score of 93% on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, and the third landing a perfect 100% score to date.
As Season 3 continues — with the latest Episode 3, “Whatever You Do, Don’t Go Home,” featuring a major revelation for Juliette (Rebecca Ferguson) as she races to evade Camille (Alexandria Riley) — the hype just got even higher as Silo made its way to San Diego Comic-Con 2026. During Apple TV’s Saturday Hall H panel, which also included the likes of Dark Matter, Matchbox: The Movie, Neuromancer, and the Emmy-nominated Widow’s Bay, Silo was represented by Graham Yost, Rebecca Ferguson, Common, Tim Robbins, Ashley Zukerman, Jessica Henwick, and Alexandria Riley.
Six episodes remain in the third season, ahead of a confirmed fourth, which Ferguson has claimed will reveal the show’s biggest mysteries. During the Hall H panel, moderated by Happy Sad Confused host Josh Horowitz, it was revealed that Silo‘s fourth and final season will be released around this time next year, pointing toward a Summer 2027 release window.
Only One Show Rivals ‘Silo’ on the Apple TV Charts
Although Silo has been one of the most dominant shows on Apple TV for some time, the arrival of a brand-new, sparkling crime drama has taken its sport on the top of the streaming charts. The show in question is Lucky, an action-packed drama created by Jonathan Tropper (Your Friends and Neighbors) and based on a 2021 novel by Marissa Stapley. The series stars Anya Taylor-Joy as the titular Lucky and has proved instantly popular, despite receiving mixed reviews from critics.
Silo continues on Apple TV, with Season 4 now confirmed to release in Summer 2027.
