A new trailer for Season 4 of the hit legal drama Reasonable Doubt has been released. Executive-produced by Kerry Washington, the beloved Hulu series is set to return this year and follow up on the events of the major cliffhanger in Season 3.
The synopsis reads, “After a brutal attack leaves Jax’s family and newly minted law firm shaken, nothing feels certain, especially their future. With Jax’s most loyal client at the center of a spiraling media disaster, The Stewart Firm is thrust into a high-stakes battle where every move could mean survival … or collapse of the firm. As grief lingers and pressure mounts, one question looms: Can they rebuild in time, or will the cost of moving forward too quickly be everything they stand to lose?”

What happens in Reasonable Doubt Season 4 trailer?
The trailer opens with a glimpse of the Season 3 finale, where a vengeful Monica shows up at Jax’s new law firm and fires a gunshot. The Season 4 trailer reveals that Jax was shot and is now hospitalized. Furthermore, Corey Cash stands by her hospital bed and says, “I don’t know if you can hear me or not, but I need you to fight.”
Meanwhile, Jax’s newly established firm, The Stewart Firm, is on shaky ground as their old firm tries to snatch away their biggest client. In addition, Monica is shown facing a trial. Though everything seems to be falling apart, Lewis Stewart says, “This is not the end of your story. It can’t be.”
The show was created and written by Raamla Mohamed. Season 4 stars Emayatzy Corinealdi, McKinley Freeman, Tim Jo, Angela Grovey, alongside new series regular Durrell “Tank” Babbs and Meagan Good.
Other guest stars include Morris Chestnut, Joseph Sikora, La La Anthony, Taylor Polidore Williams, Rutina Wesley, DeVaughn Nixon, and Alexxis Lemire. Larry Wilmore, Tamara Gregory, Anton Cropper, Lena Cordina, and Erika L. Johnson executive produce.
Reasonable Doubt Season 4 will premiere with three episodes on October 6, 2026. The remaining episodes will be released every Thursday on Disney+ and Hulu, with the season finale arriving on November 26.
