With each new Transformers film from Michael Bay, Hasbro, and Paramount Pictures, the title bots tend to get new designs. Not only does that give the filmmakers the ability to take advantage of the latest in computer technology and movie magic, it also helps the franchise stay fresh … and allows the marketing department to roll out all new toys every couple of years. So now that Transformers: The Last Knight is marching onward toward its June 23, 2017 release date, we’re starting to get new looks at familiar characters like Bumblebee, Megatron, and more.
Bay’s fifth installment in the franchise stars Mark Wahlberg, Laura Haddock, Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, Santiago Cabrera, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Isabela Moner, John DiMaggio, Ken Watanabe, Jess Harnell, Mitch Pileggi, Frank Welker and Peter Cullen.
