After the tremendous success of his last release, Kaabil, everyone is eager to know which project Hrithik Roshan will take up as his next. Recently, a lot of reports were circulating around claiming that the actor has signed Queen director Vikas Bahl‘s next biopic on Patna mathematician Anand Kumar. The film was expected to roll later this year. But latest reports suggest that the film will not be able to mount floors before mid 2018. A source close to Bahl tells a leading tabloid, “The script is being worked on. Though Hrithik has agreed to do the movie, the paperwork is yet to be done. Since Rakesh Roshan is in the last leg of scripting Krrish 4, Hrithik wants to start prep for that film first. His father’s film is his first priority.”
He further adds that the Queen helmer has been advised to delay his biopic. “It has been done to ensure the controversy he got embroiled in a few months ago does not take the focus away from the movie.”
In April this year, Vikas Bahl hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons when a female employee of Phantom Films accused him of sexual abuse. Phantom Films is co-owned by Bahl with Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane and Madhu Mantena.
