After a successful launch of its first season earlier this month, Netflix has announced that it has renewed its British comedy series Sex Education, with a second season of eight episodes set to begin shooting in the UK in the Spring. Check out the announcement teaser here:

Created by Laurie Nunn, Sex Education stars Asa Butterfield as Otis Milburn, a socially awkward teenager living with his sex therapist mother, played by Gillian Anderson. Also featuring in the cast are Ncuti Gatwa, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells, Kedar Williams-Stirling and Aimee-Lou Wood.

The first season of Sex Education is available to stream now on Netflix.
