The Saviors just recruited two very talented stars to lead the cast of the dark comedic thriller. According to Variety, Adam Scott and Danielle Deadwyler will officially star in the independent story about a couple who lose their minds after renting their garage to some mysterious guests. Not only will Adam Scott and Danielle Deadwyler work as the leads of The Saviors, but they will also serve as producers for the upcoming project with principal photography for the movie already beginning in Los Angeles. Not much else is known about the premise of the film, other than the fact that it will take audiences on a wild ride.
The Saviors will be directed by Kevin Hamedani. Before diving deep into this story about a couple who watch their lives be changed after renting their garage, the filmmaker worked on ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction, which just so happened to be the feature film debut of Sydney Sweeney. The comedy movie allowed the director to eventually make his way to projects such as Junk and Crime Time. After working on a wide variety of titles that led him to a more successful point in his career, Kevin Hamedani is ready to surprise audiences with what he has prepared for The Saviors. The fact that Adam Scott and Danielle Deadwyler have been cast in the production shows how Hamedani has evolved as an artist.
Adam Scott has been very busy over the past couple of years. The actor is about to star in the second season of Severance, the successful Apple TV+ television series about a company that is able to separate its employees’ lives between the time they spend at work and their personal lives. People affected by the scientific process have no memory of their lives outside of work while they’re on the clock.

Before signing on to star in the upcoming comedic thriller, the performer was seen as Berniece Charles in The Piano Lesson. The drama directed by Malcolm Washington was an adaptation of the stage play of the same name written by August Wilson. Danielle Deadwyler also starred in I Saw the TV Glow as Brenda. It’s time for the artist to bring the best of her talent to The Saviors, a comedic thriller that will surprise audiences with multiple twists and turns.
