‘The Sandman’ Season 2 Reveals New Images!! Check It Out!!

The first look at the second season of The Sandman has been revealed. The highly-anticipated return of Dream (Tom Sturridge) will keep audiences on the edge of their seats once it premieres on Netflix in the near future. The second installment of the successful adaptation will find the protagonist looking for who he really is. Despite being a very confident lead, Dream continues to struggle with the weight of his identity and the consequences of his own narrative. Only the one known as Morpheus can take control of what awaits in the future of The Sandman.

The new images from the second season of The Sandman give audiences a fresh look at some of the new additions to the story, almost three years after the first installment made its way to Netflix. Desire (Mason Alexander Park), Despair (Donna Preston) and Delirium (Esmé Creed-Miles) are to reinforce the idea that abstract concepts can have a personality of their own in this series. The second season of The Sandman will give Dream plenty of time to struggle with his identity, but upcoming episodes of the show will also focus on how his existence affects the rest of the characters who were safe while he was captive.

Jack Gleeson will star as Puck in the second season of The Sandman. The young actor is known around the world for his performance as the despicable King Joffrey Baratheon in Game of Thrones, HBO‘s timeless book adaptation. More than a decade after Joffrey met his demise in the series, Jack Gleeson is ready to walk towards the next stage of his career. Puck from The Sandman is based on his counterpart from English mythology. The character might be involved in the plot to destroy the protagonist of the story.
