What happens in the All Her Fault trailer?

The video features Snook as Marissa, a mother whose son, Milo, suddenly goes missing after a playdate. The trailer highlights the intensive search for Milo, which gains attention from the media due to Marissa’s high-powered position. It also offers a closer look at the rest of the main cast, including Dakota Fanning, while also teasing their characters’ potential roles in Milo’s disappearance. This marks Snook’s first major TV project since the acclaimed HBO series wrapped up its four-season run two years ago. Meanwhile, Fanning’s most recent TV credits were last year’s Netflix shows Ripley and The Perfect Couple.

All Her Fault is written, created, and executive produced by Megan Gallagher (Wolf, Suspicion), based on the novel by Andrea Mara. Besides Snook and Fanning, the cast also includes Jake Lacy as Peter, Michael Peña as Detective McConville, Sophia Lillis as Carrie, Abby Elliott as Lia, Daniel Monks, Jay Ellis as Colin, Thomas Cocquerel as Richie, Duke McCloud, and Kartiah Vergara. The show is executive produced by Snook, Nigel Marchant, Gareth Neame, Joanna Strevens, Minkie Spiro, Christine Sacani, and Jennifer Gabler Rawlings, with Terry Gould and Carnival Films serving as producers. The miniseries is a production by Universal International Studios.
