‘The Gentlemen’ Season 2 Trailer Confirms Release Date at Netflix!! Check It Out!!

It’s not like Guy Ritchie is a busy man or anything. We’ve already had news of a new Prime Video movie today, and the release of the latest trailer for MobLand Season 2, but this might be the one we’re most excited about. This series is truly Ritchie as his best. It’s a show about beautiful tailoring and terrible decisions, and now, that jungle is expanding.

Netflix has confirmed that The Gentlemen Season 2 will launch on September 3, with Eddie ‘The Duke’ Horniman back with more ambitious goals, growth expansion plans, and an international reach. Yes, The Gentlemen is going overseas and Eddie is about to come face to face with the Italian mafia. Probably not the sort of expansion strategy they teach in business school, but it’s definitely very much the kind of escalation that makes sense in Ritchie’s world, where every promotion comes with a kill count and a very expensive coat.

The first season followed Eddie after he inherited his father’s sprawling English country estate, only to discover that the family land came with a thriving underground cannabis empire. Now, this initially seemed like a minor criminal headache but very quickly, Eddie realized that what he truly wanted was control, power, money and influence. And that’s what gets him into much more trouble than he’s bargained for.

Netflix’s official synopsis for the series reads: “When Eddie Horniman inherits his father’s sprawling English country estate, he expects land and legacy — not a thriving underground cannabis empire. With Britain’s most dangerous criminals refusing to walk away, Eddie must learn to play the game by their rules. From Guy Ritchie: sharp suits, sharper instincts, lethal consequences.

Who’s Involved in ‘The Gentlemen’?

The series stars Theo James (The White Lotus) as Eddie, with Kaya Scodelario (The Maze Runner) as Susie Glass, Daniel Ings (Lovesick) as Freddy Horniman, Joely Richardson (Nip/Tuck) as Lady Sabrina, Vinnie Jones (Snatch) as Geoff Seacombe, and Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad) as Stanley Johnston. Ritchie created the series, co-wrote it, and directed multiple episodes of the first season. He is also directing Season 2, which means more criminal mayhem, swaggering dialogue, and people making catastrophically bad decisions in beautiful rooms.

The Gentlemen Season 2 premieres September 3 on Netflix.
