Chris Pratt‘s hit series The Terminal List Season 2 is taking an unusual route ahead of its premiere. It was recently announced that the popular Prime Video thriller series can be watched on the big screen before it heads to the streamer.
Regal and Amazon MGM Studios are teaming up to bring The Terminal List Season 2 to the big screen a day before it is released on Prime Video. This will be a special one-night-only presentation of the first two episodes of Season 2 in Regal Premium Experience (RPX). The presentation will take place at approximately 75 locations in Regal’s exclusive premium format on October 20, 2026.
Moreover, ahead of the release, fans can secure seats for the presentation at participating Regal RPX locations with the purchase of a $20 concession voucher available at select theatre box offices/kiosks, on the mobile app, and through the official website. This voucher can be redeemed at the screening to purchase food, drink, and merch items at concession stands and bars/lounges in a single transaction. However, unused value will be forfeited.
The Terminal List Season 2 brings Chris Pratt’s James Reece back for a new mission
In The Terminal List, the Guardians of the Galaxy star plays Navy SEAL Lieutenant Commander James Reece, a role which he will reprise in Season 2.
The official synopsis reads, “Based on True Believer, the second novel in bestselling author Jack Carr’s The Terminal List series, Season Two finds James Reece (Chris Pratt) searching for new purpose after finishing his list. When the CIA corners him, Reece must clear his name by stopping a resurgent terrorist group that has turned a former ally to their cause. The globe-trotting espionage thriller uncovers a conspiracy reaching from Moscow to Langley and into Reece’s own family history.”
Alongside him, Constance Wu, Tom Hopper, Dar Salim, and Luke Hemsworth will also reprise the roles from the franchise of Katie Buranek, Raife Hastings, Mohammed Farooq, and Jules Landry, respectively. New additions to the ensemble include Gabriel Luna, Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Arnold Vosloo, Caitlin Bassett, and Martin Sensmeier, among many more.
The Terminal List Season 2 will premiere on October 21 with all eight episodes on Prime Video.
