‘Hotel Costiera’ Trailer Finds Jesse Williams on an Action-Packed Italian Vacation!! Check It Out!!

It’s time to pack your bags, because Prime Video has just announced your next exciting vacation spot. This fall, the streamer is debuting Hotel Costiera, a new action and comedy series that stars Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy) as a fixer working in one of the most luxurious hotels in the world, located in the Italian city of Positano. The series is set to premiere on September 24, and Prime Video will release all six episodes at once.

In Hotel Costiera, Williams plays Daniel De Luca, a former U.S. Marine who was born in Italy. He returns to the country after he is hired to work at the hotel as a fixer. This means that Daniel has to handle wealthy guests, but not necessarily cater to them. At the same time, he is on top of the investigation of the disappearance of the hotel owner’s daughter, who went missing a month before. Dealing with her kidnappers and bringing her back will be one of Daniel’s most challenging missions.

In the trailer released today, Prime Video highlights that Hotel Costiera will be a mix of luxury, gorgeous locations, Jesse Williams‘ charisma, and a good dose of 007. We’re yet to know the details of the investigation section of the series, but it seems like there’s a lot more than meets the eye in the case. At the same time, we will also meet the type of wealthy characters that we’ve come to know and love (to hate) in The White Lotus.

Who’s In The Cast of ‘Hotel Costiera’?

Aside from Williams, the cast of Hotel Costiera also features Maria Chiara Giannetta (Ricordi?), Jordan Alexandra (The Winter King), Antonio Gerardi (The Last Paradiso), Sam Haygarth (Jojo Rabbit), Tommaso Ragno (The Miracle), Amanda Campana (Summertime), Pierpaolo Spollon (The Red Door), Alejandra Onieva (High Seas) and Jean-Hugues Anglade (Cannes Confidential).

Prime Video describes Hotel Costiera as a “fast-paced” series with “a gripping storyline,” which is underscored by the teaser trailer. The series is written by Elena Buccacio (Devils), Matthew Parkhill (Deep State), and Francesco Arlanch (Medici: The Magnificent). Episodes are directed by Adam Bernstein (Silo) and Giacomo Martelli (Miss Fallaci). If the series resonates with audiences, we could be looking at yet another flagship action title that could share the spotlight with other Prime Video hits such as Reacher and Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.

Prime Video debuts all six episodes of Hotel Costiera on September 24. You can check out the trailer above.
