Christopher Nolan and Warner Bros. are working together again. It’s just not on a new project. Not yet, at least. The director’s 2020 film, Tenet, which was released at the absolute nadir of the pandemic and essentially a lamb to the slaughter — at Nolan‘s request, mind you — is being released in theaters for one week, beginning Friday, February 23 ahead of the release … Continue reading ‘Tenet’ to Be Re-Released in Theaters!!

Tenet is extended its run in Los Angeles and New York IMAX locations until March 30, after the film received over more than 30 sold-out shows in recent weeks. With restrictions lifting to allow the opening of theaters in these two major markets, Tenet’s late success in these two cities is a positive step for movie theaters. The sci-fi thriller opened in a limited capacity … Continue reading ‘Tenet’ Extending Its Release in U.S IMAX Theaters Due to Extensive Demand!!

Speaking out for the first time since his latest movie opened in theaters, filmmaker Christopher Nolan says that Hollywood studios are drawing the “wrong conclusions” from Tenet‘s box office performance at the expense of distressed theaters. “Warner Bros. released Tenet, and I’m thrilled that it has made almost $350 million. But I am worried that the studios are drawing the wrong conclusions from our release … Continue reading ‘Tenet’: Christopher Nolan Warns Studios are Drawing “Wrong Conclusions” from Box Office!!

Before getting into the family business, John David Washington (son of Denzel) was a professional football player. And judging by this fierce, wild, and invigorating featurette on the making of Tenet, his athleticism was needed in full force on Christopher Nolan‘s time-bending big-budget spy picture. As you might know, Mr. Nolan is fond of practical effects in his movies, preferring to literally blow something up instead of making a … Continue reading ‘Tenet’ Gets a Behind the Scenes Video!! Warner Bros. has released thirteen new images from Christopher Nolan’s Tenet. Even though the film is only a few weeks away from release, the plot remains shrouded in mystery. It involves something called “time inversion” but beyond that, the story details are as obscure as when the film was first announced. Tenet reportedly needs to gross $800 million to break even. Director Christopher Nolan‘s latest tentpole was originally supposed to come out this week, but it’s already been pushed back twice due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The Tenet runtime has reportedly been revealed, and folks are in for a bit of a surprise – it’s not quite as epic as some of Christopher Nolan’s recent blockbusters. The international espionage thriller is encased in secrecy, but we do know that John David Washington stars as “The Protagonist” in an absolutely stacked ensemble that includes Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Kenneth Branagh, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, … Continue reading ‘Tenet’ Runtime Revealed!!

Warner Bros. has released not one, but two new Tenet posters confidently promoting its new August release date. To help seal the deal, each of the new posters features Tenet star John David Washington and his “twin”, the latter of which sports an oxygen mask which — if I’ve been interpreting the very murky trailers correctly —  has something to do with the idea of time inversion central to the … Continue reading ‘Tenet’: New Posters Confirm New August Release Date!!
