Chloë Grace Moretz & Julianne Moore are brilliant actresses, & its their performances which stand out in this unnecessary CGI fest remake of a loved semi horror film. Having seen the original, which unlike most i deny being a horror film instead a film which kept you creeped out & sympathetic. But in this 2013 remake, the emotional & creep the quotient is too low to have any other feeling. This is mainly a remake for the Twilight generation.
